We brought them a vehicle on a Monday. On Wednesday, they said they would get to it Thursday. They did not. On friday, they said they would get to it on Saturday. They did not. On the next Monday, they said they would get to it on Tuesday. They did not. On Tuesday, I had it moved to Turning Wrenches. This is where it should have went from the start. Bad communication from Tommy / Tony.
I would recommend 51 tire to anyone seeking car work. They are friendly awesome guys. And they have reasonable prices.
Took truck there for trans.problems took 2 days to fix still wasn't right kept for 28 days to fix finally went got truck n took to coleman taylor. They said my trans.had never been touched payed 1600 cash was also told by Tony my truck would be ready when he said it would be ready.I'm not from covington but u guys deserve better then this i have had the worst experience here it has been a nightmare it has cost me 3600 for a trans. Friendly people, fast service. Recently my low tire light has been on, I was told it would cost $500 for the part to fix it so I've just been waiting till I had the money to get it fixed. I went somewhere else today to get my oil changed , so while I was there I asked them to check out this light issue. Turned out to be nothing but a sensor and was $75 for part + Labor! I will never return to 51 tire apparently they lie and take your money!
When you hold a customers vehicle for a almost over a month for warranty work that you perform, that is totally unacceptable. Getting called numerous times to see what is going on with your vehicle and only to be given a runaround is not the way to run a business. My son calls to ask after waiting and waiting , he calls very angry as anyone would be with this BS that is going with his truck. Next to get threatened by the person on the phone by this guy from the shop" Saying when you come to the shop , you'd better be ready for me." Your job is to fix what your paid for , apparently you don't do a good job since it has broken down twice from the time you repaired it. I wouldn't advise anyone to bring their vehicle for repair from this shop. Go find a reputable shop that does honest work with and upholds their warranty work.
