I saw Dr. Chanda in September and let me just say she is exceptional! I saw her at her New kirk location and her staff starting from the girls at the front desk to her medical assistant were very nice and they always had a smile on their faces. As soon as Dr. Chanda entered the room she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Usually doctors in busy practices rush your visit and do not care for the needs of their patient. But Dr. Chanda was not like that at all. She took her time with me and understood my needs. I also noticed the office manager was very proactive with her staff and was very helpful in keeping patients who were anxious in the waiting room feel at ease. I must say the office in general is a great office. I am very pleased Dr. Chanda is now my primary care physician and I am looking forward to continue my care with her. :-D
