Overall an Awesome Experience
What happened to the old saying "The customer is always right!".
Bought a stove. Glass broke second day after use. They did not order part after I called twice and sent an email. It is four days before Christmas and they cannot repair the stove nor could they replace it, I will never buy anything from Sears again, Did you know that the Sears Headquarters take no responsibility regarding home owned Sear's stores, even when they ship faulty merchandise? Buyer Beware!
Tools and applicances
I can't believe how rude the owners of this store are. I have returned only one product at this store in years of purchasing there. I can tell you if I need anything from a Sears I will make the trip to Memphis to do my shopping. I don't expect I will encounter the same return attitude I did at the Covington store.
Not a friendly store. I would suggest selling the store if they cannot handle it anymore.
I was not the only customer who got a hard time. The husband was on the phone with a customer and was equally rude to them.
