Frank is a great attorney and he has a wonderful relationship with the court system in Tipton county. He has represented me and my daughter and we were both very satisfied with the results.
This guy is truly a piece of work. I realize that most attorneys are egomaniacs who are less worried about doing the right thing, than they are making money. Deslauriers takes the cake. I presented him with a case (which I won't go into detail in this short space) and told him the one hundred percent truth on what the facts were, all provable. I told him I simply wanted to do what was right and got what was owed to me not a penny more and I wanted to tell the truth. I was not trying to stick it to my exhusband at all. Two wrongs do not make a right. He nodded his head and said that was "admirable" and then asked for a large sum of money to take the case. From that point on it was a disaster. He would not return calls and his staff were "less than friendly." The case took well over a year and when I got to court he seemed more interested in being a comedian and during a break in cases being heard came over and had more to say about other attorneys than our case. Once the case began, my exhusband who did not have an attorney told his side and all Deslauriers could say is "this is the first I have heard of that." Well Frank, no it is not because I told you what he was going to say, which part he was going to present that was true and what was not. I was appalled that he knew few particulars of the case I had laid out in front of him. I hate to say it but the approach he used was to verbally assault my exhusband. Look ,we are divorced and people divorce for a reason but we were able to maintain some sembelance of a friendship. We just disagreed on a few material possessions and other things. Because of Deslauriers distasteful conduct, while we won the case through slimeball tactics, it ultimately wasn't worth it. Because Deslauriers lied so much, now my ex considers me a liar and it has been a nightmare since. Thanks a lot Frank you truly are the definition of an ambulance chaser.
