Got here and followed signs went to wrong side. Finally got to the correct side and went to the receiving door. Rude people. That door is only for LTL. Other driver need to checkin at the door by dock 4. Those people were nice. Now to get unloaded

The 1 star is for night shift which that's a must to give to review. Arrived at 8 pm night before, the man in charge took paper work said he would get us done before 6am our appt time, we'll needless to say 1st shift man in charge was HONKED OFF when we checked in on paperwork and called to report the time we checked in and also told them what time we got here.. But 1st shift ROCKS we were done within an a hour .. thank you.. now to cold storage side for pickup load....also found out they could have used the product we had AS SOON AS IT WAS RECIEVED.. Hope his ass gets what it deserves... FIRED FOR COMPLETE AND UTTER LAZINESS

I would have gave you 5 stars if the lady at the guard shack didn't mess with me in the cold. Said I was in the wrong place, see the red and white sign? I'm looking and I tell her no I don't see it she says look harder I'm walking around on my toes looking over cars ,,I really want to find it I'm cold then the man working with her tells me,,, it's the stop sign!!!!
