I work in the restaurant business... this IHOP needs to get it together. Ticket times run over 30 minutes when there isn't even a wait at the door. The management team should have that figured out by now. Food is good, service is alright, but the wait time... is insane.
Halloween night and there's only one server! She was doing her very best and had been super busy before we got there. Didn't wait long for seating or food, but management needs to step-up their game for sure....
Don't go here, you never get your food in good timing and it's cold most of the time.
The server had an attitude from the time we walked in. Added a gratuity of 18% when she told of 10. Group of six people. The service was horrible. Ask for refill of drinks and had to wait ten minutes to get them plus had to ask a second time. The server just assume the change was going to be their tip and didn't give the change back, then got an attitude when ask for the change back. As we were leaving they were standing right outside the door smoking.
Worst IHOP in five states. Went to ihop with family this morning, worst ihop in the world, waited over an hour while everyone in the place got served. Finally the whole family got upset, We all got up and left.
