My diagnosis report shows nothing about the extra part. The workers apparently didn’t tell the whole story to the manager and more of my time is wasted. The manager was rude in the fact that he felt the need to basically tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about. I work in retail and know poor customer service when I see it.
Has a very predatory sales floor. The salespeople were constantly asking us about buying a new car and sometimes one after the other (standing right behind each other). We were only here for maintenance on our current vehicle and we went looking for the restroom. We had heard rumors on Facebook about them price gouging younger (presumably more ignorant/forgetful) people, but they did nothing of the sort during our visit. The service department was very knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle and they got us out in a short time. Once again, the sales floor is a less-than-enjoyable experience.
I love the people here--so friendly, competent, and best of all, I trust them!
I purchase parts for vehicles I repair from Bayird. Ed does a great job getting these parts within a day if they are in local warehouse, if not within a couple of days which works out great for me
Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Completely unorganized and unprofessional, I was told 3 different prices and given multiple wait times. I missed time from work and was charged a ridiculous amount for my car to still be messed up and have to go to a different shop.
Bayird Chevrolet has an excellent service department , made my appointment to get my oil changed and when i arrived there i was greeted by some awesome people who took care of my vehicle , while waiting on my car to be serviced we were seated in a beautiful waiting area and offered coffee or bottled water to drink. After they serviced the car and it was ready the very nice lady in the service department signed me up to a rewards program that they offer when ever you come in for a visit to their dealership so now I'm going to refer people to go and visit this dealership because they will take care of you weather your looking to buy a new or used vehicle of your choice !!!
