I went in after throwing a phone and said I needed a new line and a new phone so I could be free of my ex. I picked a cheap phone and went to check out. They insisted on a screen protector and insurance since I throw phones... I repeatedly said no... And I mean no. But yet tonight several months later when I had an issue I called metro and they said my hill was $8 higher than its supposed to be cause they added call blocking and insurance.... I told them b!these I didn't want it. They are gonna catch hell tomorrow
The store has great customer service and the staff was very knowledgeable about the free phone and unlimited data plans
