Verizon wireless may lead the mobile industry but they are last on my list. This particular store was half helpful, didn't know at a code ment and has no optíns for stolen phones that lose connection with phone number causing my number of 20 or so years to not be useable, though not there fault but i feel since they are "#1" they could have had more of a solution...
